The Valley View Farm was originally just a grass field, however with passion and perseverance at play, the property has evolved into a fully functioning ethically produced farm, with over an acre of produce available for distribution.
The farm has experienced significant growth since it’s humble beginnings, with Penticton Lakeside Resort now depending on Valley View Farm to deliver thousands of pounds of fresh produce to the kitchen throughout the growing season to support the Hooded Merganser Restaurant.
